Designed to support the center portion of the awning roller assembly while the awning is fully retracted, this cradle helps reduce movement, sagging and unnecessary stress on long awning roller tubes during travel.
The cradle automatically accepts the roller assembly as the awning retracts and releases it when the awning extends, allowing normal awning operation without manually removing the support.
Compatible with both manual and power Solera RV awnings, the cradle can be used with short, flat and pitched awning configurations. Lippert recommends additional roller support for especially long awning assemblies, and the cradle can also be installed on smaller awnings when additional reinforcement is desired.
